  • In December 2016, FGLs proposal is recommended to go ahead by Perth Council planning officers, prior to its evaluation by the City of Perth development assessment panel.
  • In March 2018, FGL revised the project plans by excluding a three-level basement car park, reducing serviced apartments from 549 to 509, reducing number of parking bays from 53 to 51.
  • Planning activities are underway.
